We begin by learning about your goals, students, and priorities. From there, we design a program aligned with your academic objectives, values, and budget.

You’ll receive a detailed proposal to support internal review and approval. We’re available to answer questions and make refinements along the way.

Once approved, we support student recruitment with clear materials, information sessions, and recommended timelines. We remain closely involved as the student group takes shape.

In the months leading up to travel, students engage in guided pre-departure learning while we support schools with thorough program preparation. This includes itinerary review, document verification, risk considerations, and meeting the facilitator.

Step

During travel, students participate in immersive, place-based learning experiences, supported by experienced facilitators and local partners.
