Insight programs are grounded in the Kolb Cycle of Experiential Learning, a model that values learning through experience, reflection, and application.

Rather than treating learning as something that happens before or after travel, we design programs so learning unfolds continuously, turning moments into meaning.

Students move through a continuous learning cycle that repeats throughout each day, each activity, and across the full program. This rhythm helps students deepen understanding and connect experiences to broader ideas.

  • Experience – engaging with real people, places, and issues
  • Reflect – processing and discussing what they’ve observed
  • Apply – considering how learning extends beyond the program
  • Conclude – drawing connections and forming personal insights
