The 2024 Ex-Ed Leaders Abroad program takes place in Chiang Mai, Thailand, in July. This time of year typically presents hot and humid weather which can be challenging for some. Have you taken basic steps to research the destination and climate?

Based on the location and climate, how do you plan to prepare for this experience?

As a group travel program, the schedule can be challenging at times for those who are used to traveling independently. What steps might you take to help you adjust to a group schedule?

We require that participants make an utmost effort to attend evening pre-departure sessions in the weeks leading up to departure. The purpose of these sessions is to build community and increase preparedness. Those that cannot attend are asked to arrange a time to review the information with us one-on-one. Do you agree?
