Students participating in our Semester Abroad Ecuador program will be living in one of the most stunning and vibrant capital cities in the world, Quito. With courses taking place a short walk from our residence, and internship experiences customized with our community partners, students joining us in Ecuador will participate in a life-changing experience.

An Insight semester abroad in Ecuador will be a truly unforgettable experience. Though our program might sound complex, it’s really quite straightforward. While in Ecuador, you will:
Intern with a locally-led organization four days of the week
Take classes and earn transferable credits one day of the week
Travel and explore the region on weekends and during the week-long break
Insight’s semester abroad programs run for 12 weeks during the winter/spring, summer, and fall semesters.
We take students out of the classroom and challenge them to learn about how the world really works in different places, delivering truly unique study abroad and student travel opportunities.
